Fitness Classes

What we offer

Our fitness classes are available to all staff and students – even if you are not a registered gym user. In order to attend any of the classes listed below, all you need to do is come into the Sports Centre with your student/staff card and enquire at reception.

The majority of our classes have a high demand, therefore , we recommend that you book onto them at least seven days in advance. This can also be done at the Sports Centre reception.

Sports Centre members can also enjoy our FREE Personal Programming, which can be tailored to suit all your fitness needs from toning to weight management.
