5.30pm - 6.15pm Legs, Bums & Tums at the Dance Studio

7.00pm - 8.15pm Zumba (The Beast) at the Dance Studio

Wednesday
12.30pm - 1.15pm Boxercise at the Boxing Suite
5.30pm - 6.30pm Yoga at the Dance Studio

7.30pm - 8.30pm Intermediate Barbell Club Meet at Reception

Thursday

What we offer

Our fitness classes are available to all staff and students – even if you are not a registered gym user. In order to attend any of the classes listed below, all you need to do is come into the Sports Centre with your student/staff card and enquire at reception.

The majority of our classes have a high demand, therefore , we recommend that you book onto them at least seven days in advance. This can also be done at the Sports Centre reception.
