As well as being a place to study, the University of Lincoln also strives to be a place to facilitate socialising through sport; the University aims to make it as easy as possible for students to make new friends and play an active social role in University life.
From American Football to Wakeboarding, the aim of the Sports clubs and Societies on offer through the Students’ Union is to bring together those with common interests and facilitate them in pursuing a hobby or activity they are interested in. Within this sporting framework, students are given the opportunity to compete in inter-university BUCS (British Universities & Colleges Sport) tournaments.
With over 2,000 students actively involved within over 100 different Sports & Societies there is something for everyone.
You can find out more about the sports and societies that are available to join by visiting the Lincoln Students’ Union website using the link below.
