As well as being a place to study, the University of Lincoln strives to be a place to facilitate socialising through sport and activities. The University aims to make it as easy as possible for students to make new friends and play an active social role in University life.
From American Football to Wakeboarding, the Students Union has over 130 groups to get involved in!
The aim of the Sports clubs and Societies on offer through the Students’ Union is to bring together those with common interests and facilitate them in pursuing a hobby or activity they are interested in. Within this sporting framework, students are given the opportunity to compete in inter-university BUCS (British Universities & Colleges Sport) tournaments.

Social Sport Sessions
Alternatively students are welcome to come and take part in any of the SU Social Sport Sessions. £2 a session or free if you are a member of any society, or a member of the university gym. The SU also run and organise both the competitive and social football leagues.
