Fitness Classes

What we offer

Our fitness classes are available to all staff and students – even if you are not a registered gym user. In order to attend any of the classes listed below all you need to do is come into the sports centre with your student/staff card. A majority of our classes have a high demand therefore we recommend, when possible, that you book onto them seven days in advance.

The following classes are available at the University Sports Centre:
