Fitness Classes

What we offer

Our fitness classes are available to all staff and students – even if you are not a registered gym user. In order to attend any of the classes listed below all you need to do is come into the sports centre with your student/staff card and enquire at reception.

Majority of our classes have a high demand therefore we recommend, when possible, that you book onto them at least seven days in advance. This can also be done at the Sports Centre reception.

The following classes are available at the University Sports Centre:

  • Legs, Bums and Tums

  • Spinning
